Welcome!
Mindful Moves is grounded in my belief that wellness should be practiced with greater compassion and social responsibility.
My work draws on academic study and professional training in cultural anthropology, yoga (500ryt), mindful movement, bodywork and nutrition to support physical and mental wellbeing.
My path has included work with NGOs and community-based initiatives across Europe, Asia, and Africa, alongside 15 years of teaching movement, and later barre and yoga, in schools, studios, and wellness spaces, as well as volunteering with women’s empowerment centers and grassroots initiatives.
Mindful Moves emerged from this journey as a response to the need for more ethical, inclusive, and accessible approaches to wellness.
